How to use the new system:

1. Go to Resources for GB Employees
2. Multifamily: Click Multifamily Support ticket (not IT)

3. Register for a New Account by clicking the highlighted below.

4. Fill out requested information

5. Once completed, you can submit new tickets and track ones currently under review
