1. Google Chrome Browser
2. At the top right click Kebab Menu (three dots)
3. Click More tools: Clear browsing data…
   1. Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Del
      1. 
4. Choose the following criteria:
   1. Time Range:
      1. All Time
   2. Check boxes:
      1. Browsing history
      2. Download history
      3. Cookies and other site data
      4. Cached images and files

5. Click Clear Data
6. Close out of all Google Chrome browsers

Edge

1. Edge Browser
2. At the top right click Ellipsis Menu (three dots)
3. Click Settings

4. Click Privacy, search, and services.

5. Clear browsing data: Click Choose what to clear

6. Choose the following criteria:
   1. Time Range:
      1. All Time
   2. Check boxes:
      1. Browsing history
      2. Download history
      3. Cookies and other site data
      4. Cached images and files

7. Click Clear now
8. Close out of all Edge browsers
